I am, truthfully rubbish with shoes. I hardly own any, and the ones I do own are heeled, or velvet, A.K.A shoes I can't where to work all day or in the rain. Okay yes, I'll admit, cut-out shoes in the rain don't work either, but man they are comfortable!

That is the question.
I did however wear them with a cute dress and tights, which totally worked, and I also think putting those sweet frilled socks with them would conquer.
