Country Girl | Outfit Post

Jumper - New Look | Acid Wash Jeans - New Look
Wooly Hat - Charity Shop | Coat - New Look (Old) | Wellies - New Look (Old)

Well hello there lots of pictures! It's just me and the better half went for a lovely Autumn/Winter walk and I think the pictures are just gorgeous. Not the mug in them, but the colours and scenery. I think I'm rather lucky really, having grown up in such wonderful countryside, I mean, we saw pheasants and bunnies on this stroll, beautiful! (Not to mention the tea and scones we stopped off for on the way back!)

So, my outfit! Probably my favourite of the moment! I just live in this jumper as it is so cosy, and has that Christmassy feel to it, without it being a massive statement, tacky Christmas jumper, if you're not into that sort of thing, (I totally am, but I'm yet to get one of those!) And these jeans, well, I'm not a jean person at all, I haven't actually worn jeans in about 5 years, yet I bought these on a whim and have lived in them ever since! The material is so soft and stretchy and I'm definitely going to buy another pair but in the darker shade!

What's your favourite outfit of the moment?
And have you been on some lovely seasonal strolls lately?

It's Electrifyin' | Outfit Post

Blue Laser Cut out Top - Primark | Disco Pants - New Look
Necklace - Dorothy Perkins | Boots - MaryJane Fashion

Good Friday you lovely bunch, I hope you're all dolling up right this second for a good night out! Or if not, doing a night in right with fluffy pyjamas and copious amounts of food that's bad for you but tastes fantastic, either or.

Just a little outfit post for you all, feat the electric blue top I picked up in Primark for a whopping £5, BARGAIN. And on the subject of Primark, did you know you can now make a profile for 'Primania' which is on the Primark website and is a bit of a lookbook in which you need to be wearing a Primark piece. Naturally, I've signed up and would be mighty gracious if you could pop on over to my little space and 'fan' and 'like' my looks and such (there's only this one so far, but shush).

Now, I have never owned a pair of these Disco Pants and thought I'd try out a New Look pair, as I'd never tried them before, and I didn't want (couldn't afford) to splash out on a pair of the American Apparel ones. They do make me feel a little conscious-
*my thighs look fat*
*obvious VPL*
*MASSIVE BUM*

BUT, they are super comfortable and after a few beverages, they make me feel like the twerking queen.

Now for the shoes, I was so very lucky enough to win this gorgeous pair of shoes from MaryJane Fashion and boy do I love 'em! They give me height, which I love, and, you know, gives me that extra security knowing that if I'm ever attacked whilst wearing these, I'd have the advantage.

Anybody else picked up some bargains lately?
And I hope everybody has a magical Friday night!

I like to go to the seaside | Outfit Post

Tarten dress - New Look | Bowler Hat - Topshop | Necklace - Dorothy Perkins
Socks - Primark | Boots - New Look | Bag - Henry Holland

For the weekend, in a 'get better' program, I went down to Eastbourne to visit some people. And Eastbourne is my happy place, especially the beach. It is such a beautiful, scenic place, and it just shows, you don't need to run as far away as your can from England to find somewhere beautiful.

So, here I'm wearing my new tartan patterned 'dress', which, I put in quotations as it covers my bum about the same amount as I imagine Miley Cyrus would want it to. It's probably down to my longish legs, or my bum has grown in size, so I plan to just team it with leggings from now on, not the tights I'm sporting here. I'm also wearing my new bowler which I love. I've wanted one for years as I do don myself a very 'hat person', so I've bitten the bullet and bought!! (Try saying that 5 times fast.)

Sorry for the slight picture overload. I always think I post too many pictures, just say if so, I like hints and tips when it comes to blogging. Anyways, Question time:

How have you embraced the tartan trend that has come this Autumn?
Where is your 'happy place'?
Who remembers the Kooks?
(whatever happened to them?!)
